PC sound randomly stutters/buzzes

Im having an issue with my sound on my pc. Every 10-20 seconds or so the sounds freezes and makes a buzz noise, almost as if stretching out whatever note is playing for a little bit. This problem started after i moved my pc to another room and upgraded to triple monitors, but turning off these monitors does nothing.
Things I tried but failed:
-I updated all my sound drivers
-Switched to different sound drivers
-checked speakers (not the problem, as the same issues occur when using headphones.)
-turned off audio enhancements

Here are my specs:
-Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500
-8GB ram
-64 bit operating system
-Windows 10

It's probably your RAM filling up, check how much is being used next time. Especially if you just added a third monitor.

The problem still occurs when im not using the extra monitors though.

The ram is fine, I just tested it without the other monitors plugged in and i still get the issue.
