My setup has a HyperX Cloud Revolver hooked up to the pc through an Asus Xonar U3 sound card. The issue is that both with and without the sound card, the sound from my pc (eg: games and music) goes through my mic and can be heard by people I chat with on discord. I've had this issue for a while and I haven't been able to solve it at all.
Here are screenshots of my audio settings.

Okay. let me see if I got this right.

You plug in the headset, and whenever you're using it, whoever is on the other end of the computer connection (using whatever chat or team server product) can hear the background noise where you're at.

I can't see the image, but that might be unrelated to your sharing, I'm not sure. So, I can't see your settings. There may be some adjustments needed to be made with your chat/team software that will set a noise floor for when the PC will grab and send what the mic picks up. This floor will keep any sounds that are softer or equal to it from being sent off, and when you make noise (voice, or whatever) that exceeds that level, it will send the audio.

What they are hearing is not background noise. It's actually what I can hear through my headset.
