Are these specsable for 2013/2014 & will they be able to run games like Crysis 3/Battlefield 3 and such on high settings?

It should be more than enough for the next couple years. The only thing I would add is a SSD for an OS and applications (and possibly games). Crysis 3 probably won't max out, but that's why they made the recommended settings ridiculously high haha. I've used my aging i7-920 and GTX 465 for 2+ years and it still runs most games on highest settings (exceptions still play well on high).
