My current build is this:
Motherboard: Asus Z97-P
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
PSU: 600W
RAM: 8 gb 800MHz DDR3

I picked this components for upgrade:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING or MSI B350 TOMAHAWK
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600X
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1060 Windforce OC, 6GB
Im looking for budged cpu cooling and ram.

Looks pretty good! Anything over a stock speed of 2666 MHz and anything that’s dual channel will work nicely.

do you intend to keep this system a few years then i would go with a 450 motherboard and dual set of ram https://www.asus.com/ca-fr/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/ or https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-TOMAHAWK the msi have more ram on is qvl list also try to use at least the 3200 in ram speed .

If you are looking for budget cpu cooling, stick with stock that comes with the processor. Make sure you choose samsung b-die memory as it works the best with AM4 platforms. Get a 2 x 8gb kit.

what board did you get and made sure this ram is on qvl list also your link lead to a 3200 ram so speed is good .
