Question PC speed Increment

I have a PC of Spec: HP Core2Duo 4gb Ram, I am Studying Software Enginner, And i have to do my university tasks, I just wanna know that how can i make my system speeed increase that i can make my tasks easily and i have to run adobe photoshop on my Pc and can i run Adobe PS fast as it work normal

You can't, that processor is very much out of date, and the Ram is on the low side. You need a new machine.

The good news is that your system is so old that any cheap used system with an newer CPU would be a lot better. A used desktop with an intel i5 CPU and 8 GB of RAM you should be able to find for about $120,150.
