PC start at times and at times doesn't

I have a desktop that sometimes powers on and at times does not , what could be the problem

HP has a psu without the switch button but led light only , 4gb ram 2hdd 1 is 1000gb. The other 500gb Intel dual core not I core series

shoddy power supply would be my best guess. If you havent tampered with the bios settings trying to overclock.

Let me check it, I'll confirmed with you the model number but PC is less than 2 years.
