[SOLVED] Pc start doesn't display the restarts 10 seconds later

I just purchased a AMD Ryzen 5 2400G and MOBO i have everything seated and in, I've even reseated everything. But when I hit the power button my pc will start but not output anything to the screen, and will stay like that for ten seconds then restart.

Try leaving single RAM module installed. Test each slot on board and each RAM. Make sure that you're correctly inserting it (some require more force). Check if the CPU 8 pin power cable is correctly connected to board and power supply.
