Question Pc start with screw driver

My PC start button have some issue, it takes many tries to start. I have to press it in many different angles for 2-3 minutes then it starts.

I have seen that I can start pc with screwdriver. Please see the attached pic and tell me

1. If I have highlighted the right pins to start my pc?

2. If accidentally I touched any other pins with screw driver will it damage any thing?

2. Absolutely it can.

Yes, actually, PWR and either ground will work.

Not likely to damage anything if you touch other pins.

Your case maker may be able to supply a replacement start button.

If your case has a reset switch you can connect that where the power switch goes and just use the reset switch to cut it on.
