UPDATE
I found out after multiple tests that Google Chrome is causing the deadlocks.

I've had my t̶r̶u̶s̶t̶y̶ pc for about 5 years. Never had any serious problems. A few BSOD but they were easy to fix.
Since the beginning of this week, my pc has deadlocked 3 times.
#1. Writing school work on Chrome, while watching Viaplay. Mouse suddenly froze a bit -> random beeps from the speakers (not case speakers) -> few seconds later it deadlocked.
#2. Left pc on while going downstairs to eat. When I get back up the pc was deadlocked. I had Viaplay open in Chrome.
#3. Playing Dark Souls 3 on my tv monitor. No other programs open. After about 3h+ of playing it deadlocked without warning.

All of these deadlocks have been happening after running the computer for a few hours, but somedays it has been fine for 8h+.
No BSOD, and no special messages after resetting.

Thing's I've done:
-Updated all drivers
-Full computer virus scan
-Checked if any signs of overheating

No new software has been installed, and nothing changed hardware wise.

Edit.
Some specs:
-AMD FX-8320 Black Edition
-MSI Nvidia gtx 960 2g gaming edition
-2x8gb & 2x4gb HyperX ram

Solution
If the RAM combination ran flawlessly for 5 years, I wouldn't be concerned about it as the cause of the new problem. What I would be concerned with is a part failure somewhere. Heat can do this, whether because of dust clogging the cpu or gpu heatsink or a failing fan. Power can also do this, such as a power supply becoming flaky, or the power capacitors on the motherboard failing. Memory can cause this, due to chips becoming unstable over time.

I'd make sure all the cooling is functioning correctly and correct any problems noted.
I'd also carefully inspect the motherboard for bulging capacitors.
You could also test the RAM and its slots by trying the RAM one module at a time and in various slots to see if you can pinpoint a defect.
RAM is guaranteed in the form sold. Oddball combinations, matching up identical part numbers carry no guarantee to work together. Often what happens is once you make a combination like -2x8gb & 2x4gb HyperX ram, the memory is unable to operate at rated specifications and you have an unstable system that runs for a few hours or 8+hrs before deadlocking.
