Question PC started normally then froze now won't even boot up

So I woke up and started my PC as usual and got to the windows, put password in yada yada, opened up my stuff went out of my room and came back to it frozen, Ctrl+alt+del did nothing so I held the power button (probably not the best idea but was still sleepy and confused) till it turned off and now it wont boot up at all. I did the paper clip test on my psu thinking it might've been but that wasn't it as it still worked and fans spun like usual, there's a red LED light that'd slowly blink when it was off but it seems to just stay on after so any ideas? Haven't touched anything else on it since I'm not entirely 100% sure

Can you get into the bios? If not then what are the 4 diagnostic Q-Led's showing on your motherbd?

If yes - Are your SSD's detected?

No I can't do anything at the moment, nothing boots up when the PSU is on , like the only LED that's on right now is the SB_PWR LED and the SupremeFX LED, I see 5 other small red lights on the back of mobo but since case covers it not sure on them.

Ah I figured what the confusion, I apologize. I went and added an accurate parts list. I have the mini mobo version so there’s nothing above the 24 pin as far as I can see from my end
