Pc started shutting off weirdly.

Since i placed an ssd and reinstalled windows when i turn off my pc windows would shut down normaly in a few seconds and the screen on monitor would turn off too, but all the hardware would stay on for another 20 seconds (fans spiining, lights on, hdd working and other stuff). Sometimes the hdd would start spinning fast for a sec or two. Whats wrong with my pc? Should i try washing it in a shower or something?

I'd recommend you to check the SATA mode in BIOS and make sure the SSD is set to AHCI. I'd also try re-seating the cable connections inside the rig and make sure everything is plugged properly. Since your booting off of the SSD, check the manufacturer's website for any firmware updates on the model ( http://www.storagereview.com/how_upgrade_ssd_firmware ) and also your motherboard's website for any SATA controller driver updates.
