pc started smoking

right i just finished putting my pc together, i turned it on and after about a minute and no signal to the tv it began smoking so i pulled everything out on first sight there dosent seem to be any damage. one of the cables coming from the psu was warm so im hoping its just that and it hasent fried my motherboard or any other parts

the wire that was warm was connected to a fan
