[SOLVED] PC started taking five minutes to boot and boots intermittently.

Home built Win 10 PC suddenly started taking 5 minutes to boot. And, it won't boot all sometimes. Leaving it off for a while sometimes allows it to boot. I've swapped everything except Motherboard and processor. Now, in the process of re-installing Windows 10. What do ya'll think? Is it hardware or software? Is it MB, CPU, SSD, or what? Where to start?

MSI B360 Gaming Plus with i5-9400 CPU, 2 Patriot DDR4 2400MHz Red Viper memory modules, Problem seemed to start after losing sound. Win 10 install on SSD, plenty of room. Data on WD HD.

Try doing a warm reboot of Windows 10. Does it boot up any quicker? If it does then the likely cause is the PSU. Generally speaking PSUs start breaking down in hotter weather.
