PC started to run somehow slow

Hello.
I've got some problem with PC. It runs kinda slowly last days and i don't know what happened. The games that were running smoothly are now running visibly slower and internet pages and youtube videos are having lag spikes as well.
I took the vacuum cleaner and got rid of dust my components and passive cooling but it didn't help. Well there wasn't a lot of dust since my PSU and GPU are relative new.
Is it possible that something passed out or have i got some kind of virus?
I cleaned PC even with Advanced System Care.

Any help much appreciated.

I would never recommend a vacuum cleaner. Period.

I haven't ever used any virus or firewall protection, probably going to get DDOS'd or a virus just for saying that xD

Anyway!

What are your build parts?

What would you recommend? Compressed air?

Amd Athlon II x3 455
ram 4GB 1333mhz
Sapphire R9 270x 2GB
450W Corsair
WD 1Tb green

Make sure your HDD isn't trying to save power, seeing as it's one of those freaky green models which correct me if I'm wrong, try to save power periodically.

Also, what brand is that RAM, and is the MoBo a FM2 or FM2+, also what brand.

You can use pcpartpicker to find most the parts.

And yes, air cans is the best way to go, I wouldn't use anything silly like a compressor because those can sometime spit liquid.

How? And i had it before it started to happening too and was working fine.

RAMs are A-Data Technology Bandiwth: PC3-10700 DDR3 1333Mhz
Motherboard is for AM2 processors (old one)
