Ok so i have a pc and it just wont start. The fans only turns on for a split second. The thing is when i removed the gpu it worked, so i thought that it was the psu not supplying enough power. But it have been supplying enough power, why stop suddenly? So i changed the psu from a 450w to a 650w and then it still dosent work

I really need help

Solution
Because the rx 580 did not work in other PC, that means either the gpu or the PSU ha problem, or maybe the MB bios version is not the newer one.

  1. Check the MB to see it has the newer version or not, if it is not, update the BIOS.
  2. Use DDU to uninstall the GPU driver, shutdown the PC, switch to rx 580, and boot again. DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
  3. Test the PSU, make sure it work.
  4. If you are sure the PSU work, that means the rx580 has problem.

Can you post your pc specification? And did you use other GPU before you upgrade to rx 580?
Also i founded out that it only happens when i use the gpu and the gpu dosent work on any other pc. My other components are perfectly fine but only when the gpu is used it only spins for half a second
