Question PC starts again after shutdown, next time stuck at post, (motherboard screen)

Every 3th shutdown, my computer weirdly starts again, and if I shut down the pc again, then next time I boot it up, it's stuck at the motherboard screen also known as stuck at post.

Usually I have to restart the pc a couple of times for it to successfully boot again.

My motherboard (ASRock x570 Phantom gaming 4) has 4 lights, known as post status checker, when It gets stuck, the 2 first lights only light.

What I have tried:

• Antivirus (incase virus causes this)
• Reseated RAM and GPU
• Restore BIOS to factory default settings

The picture doesn't provide any information really.

Can you please list your PC specs in full. CPU/GPU/MOBO/Ram/PSU.

Have you recently updated the bios? What bios ar eyou currently running?

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1650 OC
Mobo is in the original post
RAM: 2 x G.Skill 8gb ram
PSU: 550w (don't know the name)

I have not updated the bios.
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. P3.90, 1/26/2021

This started happening when I updated to win 11.
