PC starts and all the fans are working, but there is no display on monitor. I tried connecting the monitor to a laptop and it's working fine... I've also connected PC to the TV but no display.

I've also tried connecting monitor to the integrated graphics in my motherboard, but still no work, so I thought the motherboard is the problem.

I removed RAM sticks from the slots and I should recieve several beeps from my motherboard that something is missing, but I don't so my only thought is that motherboard is dead.

But if it is dead, why are then CPU fan and GPU fan working? Somebody explain that?
Or it isn't motherboard, is it something else? I don't have a spare GPU or motherboard to try with other components.

I didn't get any beep

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 630 2GB DDR3
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445 3.1GHz
4GB RAM 1333MHz DDR3
PSU: Linkworld 600W
MOBO: ASRock 880 GM-LE

And yes, GPU fan also isn't working, but neither I get display from integrated GPU on MOBO

One more try.
Take out the gt630, boot device, and RAM, clear the CMOS by removing the battery. then boot the PC. If your PC does not show anything on the monitor, and not any beep, that means either cpu or mb has problem. Because you don't have any other parts to test, you may go to local PC shop ask for help. And before you go there check the cpu to see there is any bent pin(s) or not.

Even the MB has problem, the fans ( either cpu or gpu cooler fan) will still spin, because the power will go through except like you burn the MB, the power can't pass.

I did all of the things but nothing worked, so I went to a guy in my place, he has a lot of components so he will try to figure out what component is dead... I will post what's wrong when he finishes
