Pc starts at black screen and white line

When i start my pc i get a black screen and a white mark/dash that does NOT blink, all other guides i look at say its blinking but mine isnt, idk if this is important or not but thought id mention, also my keyboard is no longer lit up( its razer) wgich it normally stays lit.

This started when i went to alt tab my fame and it just froze so i shut it down and this happened.
