Question Pc starts but hdmi and usb dont work

My friend already asked the question but we still didnt find a solution. Took out gpu and moved ram A2 B2. Still nothing. Here are the specs again:
i5-10600K Cpu
Gigabyte B560M Mobo
Rtx 3060 Gpu
16 gb crucial ram
Deepcool AK500 Cooler
Psu Gps-700a8
Patriot P210 Ssd
Darkflash DK360 Case
Lg monitor 60hz

Reset motherboard BIOS!

PSU is trash.

I have reset motherboards bios. Nothing changed. I have used the psu for a littlepit. I only bought new motherboard and newer cpu.

If your motherboard has integrated graphics, remove the GPU and see if that works when you connect to the HDMI port on the motherboard.
