PC Starts, Fans Spins, MoBo Lights up BUT No Display, Mouse & Keyboard don't light up

I just build my first PC, put all the stuff where they're supposed to go, connected my PC to the monitor (DVI-D Dual Link Cable) and also my mouse and keyboard.
Everything lights up and the fans start spinning but there's no display and the mouse and Keyboard don't light up

Specs:
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB 2400Mhz
HDD: 1TB WD Blue
SDD: 120GB Kingston UV400
PSU: Corsair VS450

What I've tried:
- Removing the CMOS battery
- Removing the Ram, "cleaning it", then putting it back again
- Disconnected all my power supply cables and putting them back again
-using only 1 stick of ram

Boot without the drives connected to see if that gets you into the BIOS? Then boot with only the SSD.
