Question Pc starts lagging/freezing while playing games

So recently when I play something my pc lags even my internet starts(while im playing and talking in discord my voice starts lagging).And Im really confused and I wanna ask why is this happening.
My pc specs are:
i5-4460 3.20 Ghz
gtx 1050 ti 4gb
1x8ram 1600mhz DDR3
Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB
ASRock H81M-VG4 R2.0 motherboard

You forgot to list your PSU's make and model and it's age. Also, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? You will also need to mention the OS you're using. If Windows 10, please include the version for the OS.

Im on Windows 10 Version 1903 , not sure if im on the latest BIOS update , and the PSU is 500 W (probably 4 years old).
