PC Starts to lag after a while

Hey, I have a very strong pc
Suddenly it started lagging a couple of minutes after I boot it up
I'm not doing anything to heavy, even when I open chrome it lags and I have to restart it

I scanned my pc using Malwarebytes and no threats were found

My specs:

My PSU is Antec VP600P
