I've had this issue before a very long time ago but it fixed itself after a few days, but now it has been here for around a week, and i can't seem to find the issue.

Basically, ever since i got my internet speeds upgraded, sometimes when i am playing games, on twitch or even just on Teamspeak, my whole computer will start to Lag/Stutter for a good 3-10 seconds, my mouse, the sound, everything, sometimes it gets so bad that my connection to the internet will cut out, i have a feeling it might be my WiFi card, sadly i have to be WiFi on my gaming rig, but oh well. I've noticed my CPU will spike too, I've looked at resource monitor but i am not sure what to look for and i can never figure out what is causing the issue.

Thanks in advance.

What are your computer specs?

Is this only happening when your playing games, or watching them on twitch? Or can it happen when you're only on TS?

It's not your wifi card. I would check your RAM first (google memtest) and make sure it's not gone bad.

Download Core Temp and tell me what your temperatures hit when the error occurs.

For now, try this and come back to me when you've done this.
