Question PC starts twice when push the power button

When I press the power button it turns on for a second turns off and then turns on again and loads. So basically it boots twice, being the second boot when it actually loads and goes pass the Bios and into windows.
But after 1-2 hours it crash and gives a blue screen.(cpu fans and motherboard lights are working ).
Which part is in trouble?(psu ,ram or motherboard )

Well first thing you should do is reset your bios if you haven't already.

more info would be helpful, what are your specs, does it crash randomly or only when you start doing a task that is resource intensive? Are your temperatures normal? what error message do you get when it blue screens?

I alredy reset it.
I5 6th gen
8gb ddr4
Gigabyte B150M motherboard
Hexa 550W psu
1TB harddrive and 120GB nvme

Its not randomly. Always crash and off after 20-30 min.(not doing any task.only pc in on state).

Temp is normal and blue screen mean the signals is not coming to monitor.after it comes pc off .
