[SOLVED] PC starts up but nothing else

While playing games my pc just got a black screen randomly and after restarting nothing was working. I tried completely powering it of and on. Currently nothing is working, when I try to start up my pc it turns on but my keyboard, mouse and monitors are not working and not even showing a sing of any work. Sometimes the mouse seems to work because I randomly see the light come from it. No idea what to do. First I thought it was the psu because I have had issues with it in the past but a new one did not help.
