Hey guys,
I just came from school, started up my PC, just stops at MB screen. Ok i take apart my PC, clean it, put everything back, start it up and everything is fine, fans are spinning, GPU fans are spinning, colors on keyboard and mouse are cycling. I checked everything, power supply, cables and tested every PC component except my hard disk. My hard disk has been acting out recently, i had to boot from CD that is for installing Win7 because i uninstalled slui.exe i think, because i pirated my windows. I tried to use Microsoft toolkit to remove my license too but that didn't work. These events with slui.exe and Microsoft toolkit happened before my screen didn't output anything.
My configuration:
Core 2 duo E8500
GTX 660
6GB DDR2 800Mgh
And one very old hard disk i cannot identify.

Check if you have an OS installed or can you get to the BIOS?
I can't check anything there is nothing on my screen, but i know ive got Win7 Ultimate.

  1. Tom's Hardware does not support software piracy. Recommend you download the Windows Media Creation Tool and install Windows 10 without activation.
  2. Make sure your display is connected to the graphics card output and not your motherboard.

I don't ask of anyone to support my piracy, i just simply ask for a solution.
Mind telling me how boot up my PC using Win Media Creation Tool because i can put the program on an Flash drive but i don't know how to force my PC to boot from it.
I'm 100% sure my cables are connected.

If you can afford a GPU then I'm sure you can afford An official windows version instead of pirating and pirating often causes problems.
I get that but, i was running this windows from 2016 /17 and it was pirated i didn't get any error messages instead of the one when i boot up form slui.exe

It's not a matter of asking anyone to support your piracy. It's a matter that Tom's Hardware (the site you're posting on) does not support it. PERIOD.
As for how to install, you change the boot priority in BIOS to make the USB drive the first option.
If you cannot see the screen to get into BIOS, then you have bigger problems (bad graphics card, dead processor/motherboard) and you need to start figuring things out there, first.

Hey Wolf any way it could be the Hard disk?
Edit:
Hey, wolf just put in a different GPU, everything is fine, im just so bummed about the fact my gpu is fried most likely, i will go into my local shop to get them to try and troubleshoot it but i have no expectations. Thanks for your help.

There's usually only 4 fixable things on a gpu.
  1. Fans, that's an easy replacement.
  2. Soldered components. If a shop can figure out exactly what part is fried, a simple solder job isn't hard, it's the figuring out what is bunk that'll cost you $100± an hour and several days to do. Not worth the effort overall for the price.
  3. And 4. Chipsets. If the shop has ball solder capabilities, and it's nothing more than a resolder needed, it's fixable, sometimes. Expect an arm and a leg $ to get it done. If the chipset is bunk, some shops have ability to replace the chipset, and redo the ball solder. That just cost both arms, both legs.
Since the fans work, 2/3/4 seriously not worth the price unless it was a 2080ti or Titan gpu and I'd not be surprised if the shop charged you $100 just to take it out of the bag, and say yep, it's dead.

7 year old mid-grade gpu. It had a good life, now it's toast, time to move on.

Just heard with the guy i bought it from, gave me some services i can call up, told me it is not the end but not to get my hopes up. Will call them up tomorrow to see with the prices and to explain the situation. Thanks for your tech support.
