This problem started today.
After waking up my pc from hibernation, it boot up okay and then blue screen of death happened, followed by blank screen with the power still on.
I force shutdown my pc by holding the power button and when I restart, it still shows nothing but the pc powering up but no beeps and blank screen.
I did cmos reset and everything and for a short while it manage to boot up to the bios menu and starting window but everytime it did the logo suddenly become distort, and I remember red lines on top of the screen before the screen blanks again. Sometimes, it got pass that and loads window successfully, but then it goes to a blank screen again
I took my pc to a repair service and when the repairman plugs it in it boot up just fine. Manage to boot up window and all my software started up without any problem. I thought this maybe a temporary problem so I just brought my pc back and plug it in thinking its all fine now.
But, it goes back to blank screen everytime I boot up, no distorted windows logo this time but still died out when starting or loading windows.
I tried boot it up without plugging my keyboard and the mouse, and only one hard disk with the os.
It boot up without a problem, I was able to go through all my files and even play a video without any blank screen or blue screen of death happening. I shutdown the system then boot it and it went fine. Even go through memory check without a problem.
So I tried plugging all my hard disk to the system and it manage to boot up normally like before but only for a few seconds before it goes to blank screen again.
What's the problem here, the mobo or the cpu?

Update
I got my pc to work now. I plugging the parts one by one. USB device I can just plug it while in windows. While hard disk and other more internal parts I have to plug in everytime I shutdown, to see which one was causing the problem or let the system get use to the parts.
Right now I only use one fan so I keep the pc case open.

Does a dying ram stick cause this?
I did the connect everything one by one again and my 8gb ram just died. The only thing that's connected to my mobo was the ram stick and I hear no beeps at all and no display. I tried using a 4gb ram and the problem's gone. Tried it on the 8gb ram again and the problem's back but not anymore on the 4gb ram. Everything seem to work fine now, expect for the ram now downgraded to 4gb.
Also, the A1 ram slot fried months ago, so dual channel is no longer an option.
