PC still causing BSOD after replacing RAM

I cleaned my CPU last week and when I set it back, it's causing bsod for once every session, but after a while it does not. As days passes by it started to cause BSOD so often and quick, I decided to reseat the RAM by doing the prescribed Anti-static technique, I tried replacing it alternately to see which RAM is not working, but still causes the same gradual-lagging boot then BSOD. I bought a new RAM, at first it did the BSOD, I thought it was normal because the RAM is newly placed, but then it's back to the time where it crashes once then can be used longer when it is rebooted. I don't know what to do to fix this PC it's just 5 months old. I'm looking forward for the answer that could help me fix this problem, thanks!
