Question PC still crashing after new ram, mobo and cpu

Hello, my pc has been crashing alot and it is still crashing after various hardware upgrades. The crash is the BSOD, usually it says something like: critical_process_died, system_service_exception, and i don't know why.
I have all drivers updates, i checked my hdd and ssd status and they look fine, i reinstalled windows, so i don't know what could be causing this. The temps look fine aswell. Hope someone can help me out.

my psu is Corsair CX 750M, CP-9020061/75-002019 and the ram is 1 stick of 16 gb TFORCE
