Pc Still freezing after change every component

guys how you doing,my pc is annoying me cause i changed all components and it still freezing with power kernel id 41,maybe pc wont startup,maybe it will freeze,i changed MoBo,PSU,HDD,tried with different RAMS,changed CPU,even the case,my current build is:

CPU: AMD FX6300
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 1050Ti
PSU:Corsair VS550 80 Plus Bronze
HDD:Seagate 500GB
RAM: Tried with 16GB Crucial (2x8GB) DDR3 1600Mhz and tried with a kingston 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz,also tried differents slots

Im really getting angry with this issue cause i cant solve that.. please help

P.s: i changed the outlet too and the power cable

You forgot to include the make and model of the motherboard, please include it. Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Have you also seen if the issue happens when you're only within BIOS? It'd also be a good idea to run memtes86 for at least 10 passes to see if your ram or your ram slots are faulty.

Do you have access to another brand/quality for the PSU? The VS isn't what I'd like to put in any of my system's unless they are expendable.

Asus M5A97,i know its not a very good psu,but at least i think it can let me enter on windows,but i cant install it,it will freeze on windows logo with spinning dots,also i passed memtest and tried with different rams but it still freezing

Yes i tried, its all new and still freezing..
