Question PC still freezing after upgrade

Upgraded cpu and mobo from i3-10100f, b460 to r5 5600, b550, updated bios, gpu driver to the latest version but pc still freezing sometimes, do i need to reinstall OS?

When changing platforms it's always a good idea to clean install. It reduces driver conflicts and hardware issues.
