Question PC still lights on even when unplugged

My PC froze as I was opening up Netflix, and I mean everything froze even my keyboard lights. I gave it 15 minutes before shutting it down. Now all the lights except for the fans are on and when I try to restart my PC my screen doesn't do anything. I'm not sure what the issue could be ATM.

How old id this system?
Did you try the fans on other ports, or other fans on this one? If the fan power doesn't work it would show that the motherboard took damage and this could be widespread enough for the system to not boot anymore.
