PC Stop working?

My specs are lenovo h220 series intel pentium dual e5700, 4gb ram , freshly installed windows 8 64x
Problem is that sometimes it just stuck at windows booting logo does not start? After starting Sometimes it stop giving supply to keyboard and mouse and stuck at a point. I am not able to do a single work. Sometimes i also heard some beeping sound ? Please help me. Any suggestion will be highly appreciatable.

Sounds like your ram is faulty if it is beeping. That would explain everything. You could try re-seating it.

Thanx bro! I just removed the old one and pc worked like a charm!
