Hello my pc has a problem that it doesn't boot properly anymore after a failed oc I did lol. Okay I use to be able to just press the power button and boot properly before the oc then after I just have this problem where it won't boot. I would have to keep flipping the power switch on and off till it eventually boots up. (like a 30sec - min process)

I been having this problem for about a month now and yeah I decided I need some help now. All my bio settings are back set to default except my ram and ram voltage (cause I have 2400 mhz ram)

Here are my specs:
i5-4690k
CM Hyper Evo 212
Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400MHz
1tb WD Blue
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb SSD
EVGA 1070 SC
SeaSonic 550 Watt Gold

Look at how to clear CMOS settings in your motherboard manual, basically in most cases its remove the battery and set a jumper on the mobo to its alternate position then back and then re-insert the battery. This clears any and all settings in BIOS and is effectively a hard reset of BIOS back to its default factory settings.

Have you tried reseating the motherboard connector for the power switch. There are usually a bundle of connectors for front panel HD light, power etc. that connect to your motherboard....this might have a marginal connection on the power switch connector?
