Solution
Swap out the CMOS battery (CR2032) only about $4.

Does the PLED (power LED) on the Motherboard come on when you press the power switch?
If not then test the PSU as per paper clip test: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025085372-How-to-Test-a-power-supply-unit This test would spin the PSU fan.

Do you get any beeps when turning system on, You will have to obtain a Motherboard speaker if there isn't one,
Check all cables and connections incase one has come loose. wiggle the 24pin connection to the Motherboard,

Try reseating your RAM and test one module on it's own and try switching them around.
