I just upgraded ram to 2.2gb (2gb + 256mb)
All things are same ,
And please also suggest :- is my motherboard support processor upgradation or not ,

I can't make my PC gamer PC , but atleast can restore like it was , !!!

Solution

remove the other RAM stick.

Even...

remove the other RAM stick.

Even if you use the exact same model RAM may not go well with each other unless they are packaged together.

Solution
Here is a simple tip to remember.

What ever you last did, and then you notice things are not right.
Is the usual cause as to why things are not right, by simply un doing the previous step in most cases you resolve the problem created.

As the other poster has also proposed as what the problem now is also for you.

By putting the third memory stick in the system, the memory mode is now running in single channel mode.
Where as with the two memory sticks of 1Gb each the motherboard was running in dual channel memory mode that is better for your system.

You also need to make sure that the 256Mb stick runs at the same speed the two 1Gb stick of memory do, along with the same timing values because it will also slow the system down due to that fact.
