PC stops then closes down when joining a CS:GO Lobby

Hiya, My PC keeps crashing/turning itself off whenever i load up a csgo lobby. Is this a repairable error or is it something else? Also, once this has happended my PC will refuse to restart or attempt but fail and won't work for another 30 minutes or so.

Here are my specs:

tipical power issue. CiT psu are very low quality. here is a quality one.!

This is definitely the problem correct? Sorry i am new to my PC build and have spent around £200 already only to find my PC crashing and glitching. As you may know this would make a person very frustrated! Also, is there any tests i can run to check my PSU's definitely not working? Thanks! :)
