PC stops working.

So sometimes when i'm talking with my friends or playing games, my PC just randomly turns into a black/white screen and the last sound starts looping. Sometimes it 'refreshes' the monitor but the most common is black/white screen and i can't do anything else except restart it.
My PC specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon (tm) II X3 455 3.30 GHz
RAM memory: 4,00 GB (3,12 GB usable)
System type: 32-bit

The first thing I would do would be to get some monitoring software like HWInfo and check the temps and the voltages.

CPU and GPU temp and the +12, +5 and + 3.3 voltages.

Well...all that looks good.
The next thing I would do would be to get the latest video and audio driver.

Do you have any programs that can download drivers for AMD? Most programs i found are trial and need to be paid to update all drivers. If not, i'll try my best to find a way to update them to latest.
