PC stress testing

I just built my computer yesterday and I ran the Unigine Heaven benchmark. However, the guy who helped me build said I need to run an overnight benchmark to stress test it or something like that. He hasn't contacted me yet. Does anyone know what that is?

You can use AIDA64 or Realbench. If you're not overclocking, you shouldn't need to do it really.
