this is what happens when i try to start my pc with gpu. if i disable gpu and start pc with the onboard vga, it runs ok. i would say that my gpu is fried but i can see the splash/boot screen. psu may cause the problem but i'm using this system for 4 years and haven't changed anything. i have upgraded my bios, removed the old drivers of gpu. these days i'm unable to try the gpu on another system. need your help, thanks.
my system specs:
Foxconn 45CMX-K mb
ATI HD 4770 gpu
Intel E4600 cpu
3 gb ddr2 667 mhz ram
550w psu
