PC stuck at the screen right before the windows loading screen!

Yesterday i installed windows 10 pro to my old PC (installed to the HDD from another computer as my old one doesn't have a disk player). Then i plug the HDD to the old one, it got stuck at the screen right before the windows loading screen. When i plug it to the newer PC (the one i used to install windows), the windows load. I also tried to plug the HDD of the newer PC to the old one, and it does load the windows.

My old PC specs:

CPU: intel core 2 duo 7400E

RAM: 1GB (total 4GB but i take out 2 other stick to test)

HDD: seagate 160 gb

PSU: Huntkey 230V

GPU: GT220

Its using the wrong driver is what it sounds like to me. This would be the drivers for the system you installed W10 onto the HDD.
You can use the MS Installation tool to create a USB flash drive to boot the system with and install windows.
