PC stuck at verifying dmi pool data

My PC is stuck at verifying dmi pool data. This happened the other day after windows installed 195 updates. I have tried numerous different solutions, but so far none have worked.

I have an SSD that does boot onto an information page, it boots past verifying dmi pool data but doesn't have the OS on it. I have disconnected it for now.

I have checked the HDD using my docking station and I can access it and have run a windows diagnosis and it turned up clean. I think it could be something to do with the HDD or/and windows after the updates.

I don't have a windows installation disk or activation code, as I both the PC secondhand and the previous owner didn't have them either. So would it be beneficial to purchase one?

4GB of RAM
MSI Radeon R9 270x
Ambiance 80+ 700w PSU
64GB kingston SSD
500GB seagate HDD

You may need to run a repair setup of Windows unless you can start it in safe mode. If you can, safe mode with command prompt and do a system restore to an date before the issue started. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-system-restore-command-prompt#1TC=windows-7

If that does not work, you would need to find a Windows 7 disk that matches your setup (Home, Pro, etc...) and run a repair setup.
