pc stuck at win 10 loading screen and needs restart to turn on

hello guys
i just added 4gb of ram to my pc
after this my pc needs 2 times to turn on!when i press the button to turn on it stucks on windows logo then i need to turn it back off and on again to procceed to windows.
any ideas?

Can you try to remove your newer RAM and try to boot. If it boots normally then it means that issue is indeed RAM related. Make sure that your motherboard supports total amount of RAM. Also update your BIOS and motherboard drivers. Make sure that your RAM slots are clean. (dust-free)

If nothing works with the new RAM but your PC boots normally on your old RAM sticks, newer ones could be faulty.

bios have the latest update and my motherboard suports up to 32gb ram.ram slots are clean.i tried to change rams possition and it stuck the whole pc!! my ram is 2x2 Corsair CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 and 1x4 kingston 9905403-442.a00lf
it needs to be in the exact position as i have them now
