Hi. I've recently added thermal paste to my CPU. afterwards i closed the glass panel and it was stuck at windows 10 booting screen. Nothing happens after this. Please anyone can tell me how to fix this issue?
Photo in this link
(I've experienced this issue 2 times before and it fixed by itself. Just took a couple of days. It was off btw.)

Open the case back up, make sure the heatsink isn't loose by accident.
Make sure the cpu fan connector is in the right position,

if any one of those 2 is off or misconfigured, the mobo will pick up on it and lock up to prevent over heating.
Go into your bios and make sure the cpu tempature is staying cool 28c - 38c and not warming up to 50c+.

I checked everything and it was all right. But as you said, it is indeed going to 50 above mark.

You need to clean off the old thermal paste you put on there and reapply it again.
You may use my guide here to see how to do so.
Regular or green alcohol will do if you have any of it.

If your running low on thermal grease or need some, see if your local computer store may have some in stock.

I already have antec thermal paste. I re applied the paste but still the same issue. I also tried to run damn light linux on my usb to boot on my pc and that worked. But, when I try to open up windows 10 on the HDD, it fails.

Ok do you have a iso of windows 10 available, if not use the media creator tool on another pc-device.
You will want to do a full clean install of windows 10, not a partial install.
Which usb device do you use to install windows and linux ?
Some drives do have issues copying all files and installing windows correctly.
I recommend sandisk and kingston thumb drives for windows installation.
