Pc stuck in a black screen

So yesterday when I went to shut down my pc it had to update first. At first i thought nothing of it, but today, when i turned it on it just got stuck in a black screen. Then, i noticed that the Win lock light was blinking, can anyone tell me how to fix this and make my pc start again?

I do not have a dvd reader, what can i do?

you have your os iso on a pen drive it will do the same only put usb pen drive as first boot in uefi for repair .

Well you can get a cheap external USB disk drive for like 20$ if you really need to. You could also use a flash drive for repairing your system.
