after my old psu decided to give up I purchased the corsair RMI1000I I installed it connecting everything before I screwed it in place due to having restricted space in my case, while everything was plugged in and the psu was still out I turned my PC on and everything was fine I managed to get to the Windows login screen and I switched off my PC and left it about 1 hour whilst I did some cool stuff. I then returned to my PC, screwed the psu in place and tried to turn my PC back on but it gave no output on my monitor and switched itself off after about 30 seconds then turned on again just to do the same thing, endlessly rebooting. I have no idea what caused this I did accedentaly unplug my power switch cable but I am sure this played no part in my issue. I tried resetting my cmos using a jumper as I had this before and this fixed it, I replaced the battery and I even tested another psu however the same issue still occurred.
If anyone has any ideas or any solutions regarding this issue they would be greatly appreciated.
