PC Stuck in Automatic Repair Loop, Cannot Reinstall Windows

Hello everyone.

I was trying to clean up my PC and remove files to make some free space. I think I may have deleted something important by mistake. Not 100% sure if this is what started my troubles but seems likely.

I started getting a variety of BSODs while playing several different games. Errors included issues with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and several others.

I tried to troubleshoot this for awhile using memory scanning, registry repairs, driver updates, windows updates, etc. Nothing worked. Sometimes when trying to restore to a previous point, I would get a BSOD before it could complete!

I resorted to trying to refresh or restore Windows. I grabbed my original Windows 8.1 disc and tried to fix the issue. Now I am stuck in some kind of loop.

1) If I restart the computer, I get sent to the System Restore menu. From this menu, I cannot refresh, restore, or take any other action successfully. I cannot even load from a Restore Point. If I exit to Windows from here, it says it is starting Automatic Repair then goes right back to the same menu.
2) If I boot from my Windows 8.1 disc, I am able to get into the install menu and enter my key. Between Upgrade and Custom Install, upgrade tells me to remove the disc and restart again. If I do that, I end up in the same loop. If I do Custom Install I am presented with three partitions and am told that I cannot install Windows on any of them. It says it has an MBR partition table, On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT discs. When I build the PC last year, I set my SSD as my main system drive and installed Windows to that. Not sure why it cannot do it now...?

So now I am at a total loss. I seem to have made my problem worse because now I cannot even make it to the desktop, regardless of safe mode, booting from disc, etc.

Any help would be amazing. Thank you!

Thanks so much for the response! That allowed me to start the reinstall. However...I got one of those same pesky BSODs only a few minutes into the process! Darn!

Seems like it will be hard to troubleshoot this or reinstall if that is going to happen.

Tried it again, no BSOD this time, but...I made it to Getting files ready for installation (~60%) then received a Windows Setup error message starting that Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Error Code: 0x80070570

My feeble searching into this error points at a bad media / bad install disk. This is the same disk I used to install Windows 8.1 when I built the machine last year and it has been sitting in the sleeve since then.

Managed to reinstall Windows from a USB flash drive, so that is good. Got it up and running again. Still getting BSOD though, and cannot seem to find a common cause. I have started to reinstall some programs, Steam, anti-virus, etc. Just now I was reinstalling a game from Origin and received a 'WerFault.exe error, 0x62e5ac34 referenced memory at 062e5ac34.' Hmph.
