PC stuck in Bios load screen.

Hi

Ive been recently getting a problem where my PC gets stuck in the bios loading screen from 1st turn on and freezes as i am unable to enter the bios or boot menu, but will boot into windows after i press restart button and loads with ease past the boot screen etc.

I have tried numerous things including resetting the bios to load defaults. This happens maybe 1 to 2 times a day, not all the time, but only from a cold start not a restart.

Any help would be appreciated.

PC Specs:

Mobo: ASUS ROG Hero VII (Bios version 3103)
memory : 16 GB Crucial Ballistix
CPU: Intel i7 4790K
SSD: 2 x 500GB Samsung 840 Evo in Raid 0
Cooler: Corsair H100i

PSU starting to fail?

First, make sure ALL cables, wires, memory, video card, and CPU are connected/seated properly.

If still have issues, try another PSU.

Hi

My psu, is only 2 years old its a Corsair HXi 1000, all cables are ok, as the problem has only really started since i upgraded to windows 10 and raided my ssd's. I will try another PSU plus try another SSD just incase. thanks for the info
