PC Stuck in BIOS loop after Windows 10 Reset

My PC will not boot after resetting Windows. It shows a black screen for a few seconds then opens the BIOS. I am able to manually open the BIOS too by pressing DEL. I have reset the BIOS settings and removed all uneccesary hardware.

It might help to explain why I had to reset Windows, it's a bit long so I'll bulletpoint.

- Restarted my PC, it showed the 'Operations in Progress' while shutting down. I assumed it was just Windows updates or something.
- When it went to boot up, it BSOD'd with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or something similar. It would then restart itself, only to give the same error. It would not automatically attempt startup repair after 3 failed boot attempts.
- I created a bootable USB to run startup repair, but it was unable to fix the problem.
- Tried a restore point but apparently there were none. I've used it in the past so I definitely had it enabled at some point. Unsure why it's disabled.
- I managed to boot in safe mode via F11. I redownloaded drivers with Drive Booster, ran SFC scannow and CKHDSK (Both reported no errors), tested RAM with Prime 95 (No errors), manually deleted GPU driver as I read that might be the problem. None of these things worked.
- Used WhoCrashed to try and find out what drivers were crashing, both fltmgr.sys and ntoskrnl.exe were causing problems, but I was unable to get any more info. I tried using cmd and the ren file.sys file.old thing but I didn't have permission for ntoskrnl and fltmgr path couldn't be found.
- I tried to roll back to a previous update but the Update and Security settings page wouldn't open, it immediately closed the window when I clicked it.
- I copied my User and Programfiles over to another drive just in case I have to reset. While doing so it would get to abou 90% then say pop up with the window that asks what to do because there is already a file with the same name. It appeared it was trying to recopy the entire folder (or a large part of it) over again.
- Tried a clean boot, didn't work. Rebooted in safe mode to go back to normal boot. Now the BSOD changed. Instead it was a winload error, and said I required a recovery disk. Won't even boot into safe mode anymore.
- Used the bootable USB to reset Windows. It does so, but now instead of a BSOD it just goes to the BIOS. (This is my current issue)
- Tried to reinstall Windows via the USB but it says I can't do it from a recovery drive.

Really would appreciate some help with this as I've being going mad trying to fix it.

Sorry for making you guys read that wall of text, because I think I've fixed it. Windows was, for some reason, trying to reinstall onto the recovery drive rather than the SSD. It installed fine onto the drive and seems to be working. I've reinstalled drivers fresh, and copied over my data and the apps work fine, although they don't appear in the installed apps thing in the control panel.

Still no clue what the original problem is but at least the PC isn't a brick anymore.
