PC stuck in BIOS screen, after pressing save changes and reboot goes back to bios

I cant get past the BIOS screen. I took apart my pc and put everything back together and now every time i press save changes and reboot, it goes back to the bios screen. Ive tried changing the settings to ahci mode, resetting the CMOS but it doesnt work. Help?

If you can boot into windows search model number on you web browser and the brand and see if the have a bios download download it and flash the bios.
